do school
differently.

Poster School takes its name from the poster child, the example everyone points to when something is being done well. These are the pieces of our work a school can pick up and use.

01 — curriculum

life skills

a project-based curriculum for real-world readiness.

Life Skills is a comprehensive, project-based curriculum that develops the knowledge, competencies, and dispositions students need to navigate adult life. Grounded in applied learning, it integrates personal development with practical instruction in areas such as financial literacy, household management, health, and career readiness: competencies essential to independence that are seldom addressed explicitly within the traditional academic sequence.

change clinic

leadership learned by changing something real.

Change Clinic is an experiential leadership curriculum in which students develop agency by addressing authentic problems within their own school communities. Working collaboratively, students identify an issue, design a response, and manage its implementation, often through an event or initiative that engages the broader school and community. The curriculum treats student voice, autonomy, and identity as conditions for meaningful leadership.

Build a school worth pointing to.

If you lead a school, a district team, or a community organization and one of these fits what your students need, tell us about your community. We will talk through which product makes sense, how it would run in your setting, and what partnership could look like.
